The market up here is flat, which makes most buyers hesitant. We think it is the best window buyers have had in years. Rather than argue about that, we would rather show five people what we actually do.
We are taking on five buyers this month with no sign-on fee for the first 30 days. You sign on, we go to work, and at the end of the month you decide whether to keep going.
