“Working with Ronan from Chastain Buyers Agency was exceptional from start to finish. He told us exactly how the process would unfold, and he delivered on every single promise. When the property at Coorabell Road came up, Ronan had already done the groundwork, the research, the comparable sales, the agent intel, the negotiation strategy, and he guided us through each step with clarity and confidence. His negotiation skills were outstanding; he held firm where it mattered, stayed flexible when needed, and ensured we never over-paid while still presenting as the strongest buyer. Every call, every update, every commitment was followed through without fail. Thanks to Ronan, we secured our dream hinterland home at the right price, with zero stress and total trust in the process. We couldn’t recommend him more highly.”
